If you’re a thrill seeker, if you’re interested in taking the first steps in learning to fly, or if you simply want to see the glorious South Downs from the air, this affordable flying experience ticks every box!

You’ll get a safety briefing and a good grounding in the controls of the helicopter and techniques of flight, before your qualified pilot instructor takes you aloft for your twenty minute lesson. You’ll be amazed how much you learn in those 30 minutes of tuition, and you’ll even get the thrill of taking the controls and handling the helicopter by yourself!

We’re certain that by the end of this lesson you’ll be absolutely hooked on learning to fly.

Located a few miles outside Chichester, the airfield formerly known as RAF Westhampnett is now a large and well-equipped aviation hub. Goodwood is well respected as one of the best flight-training facilities on the South Coast, and offers a range of lessons in planes and helicopters, as well as exciting aerobatics thrill-flights and incredible views out over the Solent.
